Customer service Department needs huge improvement, I have emailed 3 times to cancel my subscription NOT BECAUSE THE PRODUCTS ARE BAD SIMPLY BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. I AM PLANNING ON CONTINUING to USE THE PRODUCTS BY BROWN GIRL JANE.
So 3 emails unanswered ,no follow up and 2 live chats unanswered .
Thats unprofessional and rude.
However, your perfume is awesome.
Awaiting customer service to contact me and respond to my emails and give me a real website instead of saying click here and when you click on it you see an error code and respond to my live chats and cancel my monthly subscription.
